President - Paolo Grandjacquet
As President of the Saratoga Marketing Group and its international division, Maple Avenue Marketing, Paolo oversees the business side and acts as account supervisor on all international accounts. Prior to founding MAM and SMG in 1998, Paolo has covered a variety of management positions in advertising and marketing for Fortune 500 companies both in the US and in Europe. Born and raised in Italy (where he still maintains a home), Paolo brings a unique perspective on the US and International markets.

Account Management - Betty Hartley
Betty has worked in account management for over 15 years. She leverages her accounting skills from her previous career as a Financial Manager to insure her clients get the most bang for their buck. She maintains close scrutiny over budgets and is merciless when it comes to meeting deadlines. Betty brings a strong track record in direct mail, catalogues, journal advertising, radio and TV.

Marketing - John Caraco
John has a successful track record in marketing management for over 15 years providing his expertise to such industries as finance, medical, specialty food and high-end stationary. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients with his varied background in marketing and advertising planning and execution, retail sales, trade show and event marketing, and product importing and distribution.

Copy - Al Budde
Since 1983, Al has been writing advertising copy for products as diverse as fishing rods, toilet enclosures, roto-tillers, reference books, home equity loans, pool liners, fiber optic cable, exercise equipment, energy services, auto accessories and mausoleums. Everything he writes blends the rhythm of radio (where he got his start) with the results-driven bang of direct mail.

Graphic Design - Rick Sherwood
For over 20 years, Rick has provided creative and design services for such product lines as outdoor power equipment, jewelry, window fashions, landscaping tools, wood-fired hot tubs, retail clothing, motorcycle aftermarket, woodworking equipment, food dehydrators and many others. His work is characterized by a clean, clear look that attracts attention and invites a closer look. A long-time practitioner of direct response marketing, Rick's creative is designed - first and foremost - for results.

Database Management - Judith Webster
Judy has worked in every aspect of the direct mail industry for the last 30 years with particular expertise in list acquisition and list management, database segmentation and enhancement, list hygiene and merge/purge services. Judy is also an active board member and recent past president of the New York Capital Region Chapter of the American Marketing Association and is affiliated with the America Business Woman's Association, the Direct Marketing Club of New York and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Production - Ron Lawrence
Ron has garnered an impressively large network of printing and mailing professionals over the course of his 27 years in the advertising business. These connections enable him to obtain extremely competitive pricing and fast turnaround. From simple one-color letters to complex die-cut 6-color annual reports, Ron has managed and developed a wide array of projects, and knows how to get the job done on time and on budget.
